Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days before being dispatched. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Standard Shipping — The Courier Guy

Wholesale Warehouse SA uses The Courier Guy for all door-to-door deliveries across South Africa.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days for main city centres (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Rate: R190 flat rate — delivered to your door anywhere in South Africa

⚠️ Please select the correct shipping option at checkout to avoid delays. Some high-risk areas may require collection from a designated safe location (e.g., a local police station) as determined by The Courier Guy.

PUDO Locker-to-Locker Shipping

PUDO is a smart locker delivery system offering a convenient, secure collection option.

  • Once your package arrives at your selected PUDO locker, you'll receive an SMS and email with a unique PIN and QR code to collect your parcel
  • You have 36 hours from the time of notification to collect your package
  • If not collected within the deadline, your parcel will be sent to the nearest PUDO Kiosk/Depot
  • You may request a resend to an alternative PUDO locker or address at an additional cost

Pargo Pick-Up Point Shipping

Pargo offers a convenient click-and-collect service with thousands of pick-up points across South Africa, including Clicks, Checkers, and other retail partners.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification when your parcel arrives at your chosen Pargo pick-up point
  • Collect your parcel at your selected location at a time that suits you
  • Bring your ID or order number to collect

Prefer to collect your order in person? You're welcome to collect from our warehouse during business hours.

  • Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:00
  • Please note: Collections are only available once your order has been marked as ready for collection. You will receive a notification when your order is available.

We recommend waiting for your collection-ready notification before making your way to us to avoid unnecessary trips.
